Our client a rapidly growing lifestyle brand is now seeking a Social Media Manager to be responsible for the development, planning and implementation of the social media strategy to raise brand awareness, enhance marketing and increase the brands social media presence. You will be responsible for the ongoing community management, maintaining and growing brand awareness and social media presence across a range of platforms via organic and paid social activity including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.

Key responsibilities include:

• Devising and delivering social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth
• Planning and scheduling the social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting, while also leveraging trending topics and relevant cultural moments.
• Working with members of the content team to plan, create and deliver highly engaging, creative and informative organic content across all brand social media platforms.
• Monitoring, analysing and reporting on social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics, derive insights, and optimise content and strategies for maximum impact.
• Leading on community management across all central brand social media platforms

Our client is looking for proven experience in a similar lifestyle brand with an ability to develop the strategy as well as deliver. They will have deep understanding of the relevant platforms, traneds, innovation and best practice within the industry. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content. They will be able to work independently within a small and talented team.
