Our client is an exciting fast growing luxury, fashion group of brands. They are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to run the ecommerce business end to end and be responsible for ensuring the online business offers an excellent customer and digital experience as well as maximising sales and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:-

• Day to day running of the website, ensuring the accurate display of product information, internal links, promotions and all assets across the site to support digital marketing and communications strategies.
• Oversee the trading of the website, managing the calendar and weekly meetings, and planning all trading activities with relevant parties
• Review all website analytics, generate regular reports and continually striving to improve performance and grow revenues
• Manage the product creation process ensuring new products and categories are uploaded correctly and content is always displayed accurately on site
• Ensure the online stores offer an optimized range of products, and all the items are correctly priced and fully merchandised
• Review and improve the UX customer journey and ensure customers have a first-rate and satisfying customer experience and service
• Engage a leading web developer or agency to continue to refine and enhance the websites designs, UX, functionality and conversion
• Engage and manage a digital marketing agency to drive traffic to the websites
• Work closely with the Marketing manager to coordinate all marketing activities across all channels
• Responsible for all commercial initiatives and offers to increase sales
• Manage all mark-down sales on‐line in conjunction with the Merchandise team
• Constantly review product sales and pricing with the Merchandise Team to optimise the product range
• Analyse site performance and provide regular weekly and monthly reporting
• Together with the Operations Manager Develop an efficient and streamlined fulfilment process
• Hire, develop and nurture an excellent ecommerce team to deliver success across both brand websites

Our client is looking for broad ecommerce experience and knowledge across all areas of running a successful online business including website merchandising, trading, analytics, UX and Customer Journey, Digital Marketing, Social, Fulfilment and Customer Service. Ideally with experience of working within fashion and/or lifestyle brands. They will possess strong communication and leadership skills.
