Growth Manager

Rise Search is excited to be partnering with a fast-growing, sustainable challenger brand in the health food space. As demand for their innovative and purpose-driven products continues to surge, the company is scaling rapidly and expanding its market footprint. To support this next stage of growth, we are hiring a highly motivated and commercially savvy Growth Manager to work directly with the Founder and CEO.

In this high-impact role, you will support and eventually lead key accounts, with responsibility for growing top-line revenue and securing new listings. You will be hands-on across commercial strategy, execution, and business development—playing a critical role in the brand’s continued expansion across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
    Work closely with the Founder to support key customer relationships and win new listings across retail and foodservice channels. With strong performance, you will take ownership of key accounts and manage a direct report.
  • New Business Development:
    Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, and targeted outreach. You will play a lead role in driving new business wins.
  • In-Store Execution & Activation:
    Track and evaluate execution of new product launches, display activities, and core range performance. Ensure campaigns are activated effectively at store level.
  • Export Growth:
    Support the business’s international expansion, with a focus on building presence across the EU, UAE, and Australasia.
  • Field Sales Management:
    Manage third-party field sales agencies—setting briefs, negotiating commercials, analysing results, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • In-Store Media Management:
    Oversee in-store marketing and media execution, ensuring creative assets are optimised and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Insight-Led Storytelling:
    Gather insights from multiple sources—sales data, customer feedback, market trends—and turn them into compelling sound bites and stories that can be used to engage existing accounts and convert new business leads.
  • Promotion Planning & Tracking:
    Complete promotion forms accurately and keep internal trackers up to date to ensure alignment with retailer timelines and commercial planning cycles.

We are looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals with experience in a similar fast growing, challenger FMCG environment ideally within the food & beverage sectors. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering results.
