E-commerce Executive

We are thrilled to be partnering with a fast-growing, sustainable challenger brand in the health food space. As demand for their innovative, purpose-led products continues to surge, the business is rapidly scaling and expanding across retail, e-commerce, and international markets.
To support this exciting next phase of growth, we are hiring an E-commerce Executive to join the talented team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role with a focus on TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Email Marketing, three fast-growing channels that are key to the brand’s continued success.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in Amazon and/or TikTok Shop, ideally within a high-growth SME environment. You bring a growth mindset, are naturally ambitious, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. You are someone that delivers on commitments, communicates clearly (written and verbal), and builds strong cross-functional relationships with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop
- Build and manage affiliate relationships to drive incremental revenue
- Develop and nurture direct consumer relationships through the platform
- Track performance and stock availability to optimise results
- Support the creation of compelling, on-brand video content
Amazon
- Analyse channel performance and generate actionable insights
- Optimise advertising spend and ROI
- Support forecasting and ensure stock availability
- Manage issue resolution and troubleshoot as needed
- Respond to customer queries to maintain high satisfaction ratings
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Plan and schedule weekly email content
- Collaborate on the creation of branded campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and adapt content to meet KPIs
Gamification & Community Engagement
- Manage monthly competitions: track entries, pick winners, and coordinate prizes
- Monitor performance and extract insights to improve engagement
- Assist in developing new game mechanics for inclusion on product packaging
Innovation Launches
- Support the development of e-commerce assets and ad campaigns for new product launches
- Ensure creative execution aligns with brand tone and commercial goals
The successful candidate will likely have worked in a similar role within a DTC or omnichannel challenger brand, ideally in consumer goods or retail. You are hands-on, data-literate, and eager to grow within a business that’s going places. You thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and take pride in delivering real impact from day one.
