Natalie has 11 years experience in executive search, headhunting, recruitment process design, building talent pools and international recruitment. Her strengths are within the Consumer, Retail, Digital Media, Technology, Cloud Computing and e-Commerce sectors.

In her career, Natalie has delivered senior and board level executive recruitment to some of the most recognised brands in the UK and Internationally, also working with exciting high growth businesses in the online, digital and e-Commerce marketplace.
