• Leading and managing digital product (website, tech, 3rd party digital platforms) working cross departmentally to deliver on-time and best in class
• Managing and liaising with the third party development agency, sprints and software providers (shopify plus, markets, gorgias, Klarna, paypal, Attentive, Klaviyo, GA, Hotjar)
• Working internally across the teams to develop the product strategy based on a clear set of conversion based objectives and prioritisation, continuously maintaining and sharing a product road map
• Delivering the product strategy, measuring its success, reporting and reacting
• Reporting website KPIs weekly, monthly etc and action agreed responses
• Identifying product opportunities and diagnosing product challenges for strategic growth.
• Maintaining the features of the website, for product drops and launches

The successful candidate will have experience in product prioritisation, roadmap and delivery of user functionality focussing on Shopify, iOS and Safari within a fast growth eCommerce environment.  They will be obsessed with growth and optimising the product across all platforms to deliver a fantastic user experience that customers will love. They will be experienced running rigorous and insightful A/B and multivariate tests to deliver insight and actionable results. They will be data driven, good at setting targets and measuring the right things to know when it is time to act. They will be a talented ecommerce product lead that is looking for their next challenge in a fast paced and high growth eCommerce start up.
