CRM Manager

Our client, a fast growing health and wellness brand is seeking a smart, data-driven and strategic CRM Manager that has a proven track record in email marketing to drive sales and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for the CRM channel strategy and execution.
Key responsibilities include
- Utilising a range of CRM platforms and tools including Klaviyo, HubSpot and Salesforce. Constructing flows and AB tests.
- Deriving insight from data and analysing and interpreting the data to identify patterns and trends and making recommendations.
- Customer journey management and refinement
- Management of the loyalty programme and referral scheme strategy
- Collaborating with the content and paid media teams to create and test high-quality, conversion-optimized landing pages.
- Utilising email and loyalty channels and working with the wider D2C team to grow retention in the business.
Key requirements:
- The successful candidate will be an expert on email marketing and CRM with a proven track record of success within a fast growth DTC company.
- A growth mindset and comfortable working within a fast paced, scale up environment where plans can change quickly.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms for managing landing pages (Shopify or similar).
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates, with an eye for design and user experience.
- Highly organised and have strong attention to detail.
